We believe students learn best by doing. That's why our lessons are taught through engaging videos and hands-on activities. Students will learn the fundamental concepts of fractions, measurement, and scaling needed for a career in the construction industry.

employability skills in every employee. Through reflective journaling and class discussion, students learn how to apply these employability skills to become a valuable asset to any construction team.

Careers in construction are numerous and in high demand around the country. From project managers to drone operators to job foremen, there are many opportunities in construction. We will explore what a long-term career in construction can look like.

EMPLOYMENT PORTFOLIO

Each Hammer graduate will receive an Employment Portfolio. This portfolio will contain a compilation of a student's certification(s) and aptitude analysis. The portfolio will give employers deeper insight into a potential employee versus a traditional resume.
